LAS VEGAS – Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is presenting a Nov. 13 “World of Commercial” class for commercial real estate professionals seeking continuing education.
The class runs from 9 a.m. until noon covering the fundamentals of commercial real estate, including terminology, types of leases, techniques for evaluating properties, cap rates and more. The instructor is CALV Immediate Past President Jennifer Weinberg. The cost to attend is $20 for CALV members, or $30 for all others.
The class will be held at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. Participants can earn three general continuing education credits for completing the class. To register or get more information, visit www.CALV.org or call (702) 784-5050.
